Wolf Packs It In

Wolf Man Watch

Oh noes. Wulfie is tired of bwogging!

But I am tired of blogging; almost Ed tired. It might just be the season. I don’t know. I had planned to give this up right after the primary. But, the best laid yadayada. I like the idea of engaging the PUMAs. I am not a sexist, and I clearly see their circular reasoning. To me, this is strangely … fun. All I’m asking of you, gentle reader, is not to expect too much too soon. I’ll get to it as I can.

I can understand a bit. It’s got to be exhausting being that mad all the time, but I have a feeling Wulfie’s not going anywhere. At least, not permanently. That is, unless he uses to free time he makes for himself to get out of the house and meet a nice girl (or maybe a fella?), fall in love, move out of the parent’s house and realize there’s plenty of things to be happy about in this great world of ours.

Stick with it Wolf. The Montana blogosphere wouldn’t be the same without ya. And, besides, I was finally starting to believe all those mean things you say about me.  You even had me wondering if Erik Iverson or Michelle Malkin were actually controlling my brain and giving me subliminal marching orders.

Well, if the marching orders were sublime, you wouldn’t know about them, would you. You’d be the last to know.

This was a cheap shot. Wulfie is a smart man and a good writer, even putting up original thoughts now and then. I enjoy him thoroughly. He’s the first to spot errors in logical and tautologies, meaning he zeroed right in on you.

Not taking a “shot” Mark. While my interaction with Wulfgar could never be described as “friendly” take note that I tell him to stick with it. While he’s generally very mean and needlessly vicious, I find his writing… entertaining.

He has his own brand, and there is no one like him. When I’m reading blog comments, without looking at names, I can generally feel Wulfy’s presence. He is what he is. When he gets in a scuffle with someone, I drop everything and follow it. He’s a compelling force. I hope you stick with it, Wulfy.

Once I got by the typos, I was pissed. I’ve had my disagreements with Wulfgar! on occasion but respect his analysis and writing skills. This much I know about him, he wouldn’t take some homophobic cheap shot at another blogger: “or maybe a fella?”

A class act you’re not, Wiley.

Pete, am I now to understand that being gay is considered by you to be an insult?

I only included that because I’ve never met Wulfgar (have no real desire to) and therefore have no basis for an assumption of heterosexuality. My faux pas is one of inclusion of alternative lifestyles and the careful avoidance of heterocentrism that would be embodied by the presumption that Wulfgar wasn’t gay.

Yeah right, Wiley. And what’s a “faux paus,” a false pause or maybe false paws?

Haha. Pete is going to look pretty dumb if it turns out one day that wulfgar actually is gay.

I don’t give a shit if Wulfgar! is gay or not. The point is that Wiley’s comment was a sophomoric slam, but guess I should be used to this sort of Rehberg-type gay bashing on the right-ring blogs.

P.S. I see Wiley corrected the spelling of faux pas. Hey, nobody’s perfect and Lord knows I’ve had a few grammar/spelling/syntax errors over at 4&20 (usually pointed out to me by Goof Hoolihan). I try and acknowledge the error, though — at least do a strike through of the original spelling. I guess that’s not how it’s done over here.

Pete, the only person on this post that’s gay bashing is you. The way I read it, Wiley didn’t accuse anyone of being gay - he even put a freaking “?” in the parenthesis. Then you get all sensitive and act like the suggestion of homosexuality is a horrible insult… very progressive of you, you homophobe.

“The way I read it … ”

Time to work on those reading comprehension skills, observer.

I dunno Pete. I think observer pretty much nailed it.
